Hello, and welcome to the Salty Scout Food & Travel podcast. I’m Jayne, and I live, travel and cook aboard a 45ft sailboat named Scout, with my husband, James. I’m looking forward to sharing the delicious food and drink experiences that make each sailing destination unique.
Since setting sail from the U.S. East Coast in 2022, I’ve been on a culinary adventure, with a loose plan and a passion to explore and taste my way through the world’s local cuisines.
