Since setting sail from the U.S. East Coast in 2022, I’ve been on a culinary adventure, with a loose plan and a passion to explore and taste my way through the world’s local cuisines. Whether you’re an avid adventurer, fellow sailor, armchair traveler, or food enthusiast, join me on this journey as I discover local foods, drinks, recipes, cooking techniques, and restaurants as diverse as the places we visit.
